It all started from our love to Asian cuisine. We travelled much and gathered inspiration. Our excitement only grew. We met one of London’s most reputable restaurateur and food philosopher Alan Yau, under whose supervision such well-known Michelin starred restaurants as Hakkasan and Yauatcha were established. We introduced him our plans and from this cooperation Chedi was established in spring 2008.

There is no randomness in our menu. Every detail has been considered in order to achieve balance between authentic Asian tastes, the best possible raw materials and contemporary food preparation techniques. Our Chef de Cuisine, Kok Mang Lee is of Malaysia origin and shares his experiences and vision about modern Asian food in Chedi. The aim of Chedi is to offer a perfect experience. It is for you to assess, how well have we achieved this aim.
